The aim of this guide is to introduce you to:

Introduction

Frog site list widget shows a list of Frog sites that match certain keywords and other criteria.

In the widget settings found in the edit panel, users can add tags or keywords to the widget.

If a user was to select to add the tags Curricular and Mathematics, the Frog site list widget would show all Frog sites shared with users with those tags added to it. Adding keywords to the widget will work in the same way.

There are four view options site administrators can select.

Advanced settings

When the View as setting is set to FrogDrive, Tiles or Grid, users have the option to align the thumbnails of the site list to the left, right or centre.

Site administrators have the ability to set the widget height in pixels. There is an option to only display sites that have been created between certain dates if necessary.

Further down in the advanced widget settings you have the options to:

  • Display search bar - Selecting this will mean users can search for Frog sites within the list using a search bar
  • Display date pickers - Selecting this option will mean users have the ability to filter the Frog site list to only show sites that have been created between certain dates
  • Display only my sites - Selecting this option will only display the Frog sites that the logged in user has created (Frog sites normally found in the My sites area of FrogDrive)
  • Display site author - Selecting this option will display who has created each Frog site to logged in users
  • Hide border - Selecting this option hides the border of the widget on the Frog site.

The last setting administrators can configure is the background colour of the widget.
