Widget Guides | Getting Started

Welcome

The aim of this guide is to give you an overview of the main features of Frog. A widget is a component that can be placed on a site or dashboard that gives you further functionality or allows you to access a service.

The Frog platform provides a variety of widgets, ranging from simple items allowing you to place text on a page to more sophisticated components that can display RSS feeds, notice boards and other functionality. Some widgets will display information, some may allow you to interact with the page, or even communicate with other people who may be visiting that page.

Note:

All functionality within Frog can be enabled and disabled for users at a site level. Depending on the site, and how they use Frog you may not have access to the widgets and applications listed below. For more information on functionality available in Frog, visit the Frog Training Guides.
